Join Our Team - Operations & Admin Support Assistant
We're a growing alarm and security company looking for a proactive, organised and reliable team member to support our busy office. You'll be working alongside two experienced colleagues to help coordinate jobs, assist customers, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
About the role:
This is a varied position where you'll get stuck into everything from answering customer calls and booking engineer visits, to helping with admin tasks, updating systems, and supporting the team with day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities:
Handling customer queries by phone and email
Scheduling and coordinating engineer visits
Updating records and job tracking systems
Supporting with general admin and office tasks
Working closely with the rest of the office team to share the workload
What we're looking for:
Great communication and organisational skills
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
A team player with a can-do attitude
Previous office experience is helpful but not essential
