Job Description

KOICOMS is a fast-growing business services provider based in Glasgow, supplying essential services to businesses across the UK, including gas & electricity, merchant card machines, finance, telecoms, water, waste management and insurance.

We are looking for a

highly organised, experienced Operations & Admin Manager

who can join the business immediately and take full ownership of the operational workload.

This is a key role for KOICOMS. You will be responsible for clearing the backlog, improving operations, managing onboarding, supporting customers, coordinating suppliers, and ensuring the business runs smoothly.

THE ROLE



As Operations & Admin Manager, you will:

Take ownership of day-to-day operations Clear backlog of admin, support tickets, onboarding and emails Handle onboarding for new energy/merchant/telecom/ finiance and waste customers Update supplier portals and CRM systems Provide excellent communication to customers Manage complaints and stop cancellations Handle invoicing and credit control Liaise with suppliers to chase progress Create structure, organisation and efficiency Report directly to the operations manager daily

REQUIREMENTS



3+ years admin / operations experience Strong credit control & invoicing experience Excellent written & verbal communication Experience with CRM systems Ability to prioritise workloads Confident dealing with customers & suppliers Strong problem-solving skills Good IT skills (email, portals, CRM, spreadsheets)
