About the role
AIS Vanguard Limited are looking for a hardworking and conscientious person to assist our operations team whilst also providing support for general administration duties.
Main Duties
Supporting the Operations & Transport Managers with dailyweekly tasking of workforce to meet agreed timelines utilizing available resources of labor, transport and plant.
Liaising with our own Contract Managers as well as clients daily to book works into our scheduling system.
Liaising with our own workshop to plan for servicing and maintenance of transport, plant and assets.
Supporting our accounts administrator with general admin duties.
This list is not exhaustive, and you will be required to undertake other duties as directed by your manager.
About You
Apply if you have relevant experience of any of the following:
Good level of IT skills.
Flexible and adaptable attitude and willing to learn new skills.
Great attention to detail demonstrating a conscientious attitude.
Good communication skills.
Previous experience in an operations or transport environment would be advantageous although full training will be given to the right candidate.
