The Events Operations and Administration Assistant will provide key administrative and operational support to the Business Development Executive for Thainstone Events. This role plays an important part in ensuring the smooth planning, coordination, and delivery of a wide range of events at the Thainstone Centre. The successful candidate will be highly organised, customer-focused, and proactive in supporting both clients and the events team.
Flexibility in this role is key as some evening and weekend working will be required when events are taking place - this will be planned well in advance.
