We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to support our project and operations team. This role involves coordinating project documentation, managing stock and plant logistics, and handling a variety of administrative tasks. You'll play a key part in keeping projects running smoothly, from setup through to completion, while also supporting internal systems, supplier coordination, and team coverage.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in construction, plant, or materials management is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Prepare project documents, warranties, and support handovers
Assist with project setup, internal cost tracking, and time entries
Manage job boxes, stock control, and plant/tool logistics
Coordinate deliveries, hires, testing, maintenance, and certifications
Book meetings, raise purchase orders, and support admin tasks
Maintain project systems (e.g. Zoho), monitor emails, and follow up actions
Cover for team absences
Build relationships with suppliers to ensure value and reliability
Experience
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are required.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred 2 Years Construction/Plant/Material Experience.
