An exciting opportunity has arisen within a fast paced and dynamic supply chainoperations team. Managing orders, monitor product barcode and price information will be some of the key responsibilities for brands ranging from What\'s on TV, Hello & Woman all the way to Country Life and Golf Monthly.

What you\'ll be doing\xe2\x80\xa6

The role will be responsible for managing the data for a wide portfolio of diverse magazine titles. The candidate will also be expected communicate product formation and order deadlines to agents and costumers. A great communications skill will be very handy and if you have great attention to the detail and a problem-solving set of minds this it will be the perfect role for you.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve\xe2\x80\xa6

• Previous Customer Service experience
• You are highly articulate, with a passion for detail and data input (Accuracy is key)
• Confidence using Word/Excel and Google
• Operate Marketforce switchboard (inbound and outbound calls)

• Maintain publishing client /agent orders and special requests
