We are a long-established and highly respected multidisciplinary Occupational Health provider based in Cardiff. We serve clients across the UK and pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, responsive services that genuinely support employee wellbeing.
As our service continues to grow, we are seeking a capable and proactive Administrator to join our friendly team. This is a key operational role, providing vital support to our clinicians and clients, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Be available to work Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Monitor and manage a busy administration email inbox and telephone line
Oversee diary management for a team of clinicians
Book and confirm clinical appointments, liaising with management and HR
Use client systems (training provided)
Perform accurate electronic filing in line with retention policies
Proofread clinical reports and issue them appropriately
Provide transcription of digital audio recordings where required
Support smooth running of OH operations
Issue invoices and manage accounts using Sage, including chasing and quarterly reporting
Assist with broader administration tasks such as tender submissions, and assisting with accreditations.
About You
You are highly organised and proactive
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You are IT confident, including with MS Office and ideally Sage
You are comfortable working with new technologies and AI tools
You can demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, particularly when proofreading or handling sensitive data
You are either Cardiff-based or you are currently working in a very similar role for a commercial occupational health company and have a track record of thriving in a remote role

Pay: 24,000.00-28,000.00 per year
