Our Homes Matter is a fast-growing kitchen and bathroom installation company, known for its craftsmanship, professional service, and high level of customer satisfaction.

We are on a search for an Operations Administrator to support our project teams and keep our delivery engine running smoothly.

The role acts as the backbone of our operations with aim to achieve excellence in project delivery. It combines administration, operational support, and coordination between clients, suppliers, and internal project teams.

Key Responsibilities:



? Be the first point of contact for all project stakeholders via phone, email, and messaging platforms

? Assist project managers with day-to-day project operations and coordination

? Plan and coordinate team schedules, scope deliverables, and budgets across multiple simultaneous projects

? Support on-site teams remotely, ensure smooth communication and problem-solving

? Contribute to continuous improvement project delivery systems, processes, and documentation

? Handle confidential information professionally

What We Are Looking For:



? Experience in operations, administration, or project coordination (construction or real estate preferred)

? Proven organisational and time-management skills

? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

? Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude

? Professional approach to client and team relationships
