KB Event Ltd is a dynamic specialist transport organisation servicing the live event and entertainment industries.
This exciting position, working as part of a vibrant and enthusiastic Operations team and providing a vital, supporting role, demands a can-do attitude, the ability to work well under pressure, and excellent time management and attention to detail skills.
Based at our Wandsworth Office and working for the Company's Operation Managers, the position will support the Operations team with the day to day running of the Company's fleet.
Duties will include (but are not limited to);
Maintain planning tools and driver records, including availability and compliance.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and vehicle logistics.
Prepare driver instructions and manage fuel cards, tolls, and vehicle hire.
Liaise with internal teams and clients to confirm schedules and share documentation.
Support driver onboarding and ensure all records and vehicle files are up to date.
Although no transport experience is necessary, the right candidate will have a proven track record in administration and in working as part of a busy team. Although the role sits within the wider Operations team, the position will also have close contact with both the Business Development and Finance functions of the business. Therefore, excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a wider Company team, are a must.
Working hours will be 9pm - 6pm, Monday - Friday, although these will vary at certain peak times during the year.
