To support our customers and meet the aspirations held by the Group, we are currently recruiting for Operations Advisor to join our Operations Team. The successful candidate will demonstrate knowledge and experience of:

  • Providing advice and guidance on all enquiries from tenants and other customers, advising/referring to the relevant officer where appropriate. This could be via telephone, social media channels or web chat.
  • Administering the allocations process including registering properties with preferred suppliers for utilities, prepare all allocation paperwork, assist with processing/maintenance of housing application/housing lists and providing advice and guidance to tenants on tenancy matters.
  • Processing repair requests received by all income streams. Diagnose, create and schedule appropriate works order instructions to the relevant Tradesperson in relation to reactive repairs, to ensure repairs targets are achieved.
  • Updating void stages and raise void jobs as directed by Maintenance Officers, including any recharges to outgoing tenants and liaise with utility suppliers to credit meters.
  • Providing administration service for other departments as instructed by the Operations Manager.
Experience in Housing Associations or the Social Housing sector would also be beneficial but is not essential.
