What you'll be doing




You will analyse operational performance in order to provide accurate and informative reporting to support increasing efficiency and reducing costs. The role requires you to understand the operational functions within our business, and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement. You should be able to provide clear and concise recommendations to assist with decision making. Experience of using Power BI is essential. You will be required to attend the Fort Dunlop office for a minimum of two days per week.

Key responsibilities



production, analysis, and commentary for weekly and monthly reports build strong relationships with management at all levels and support in decision making identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets assist and support the Business Analytics Manager by providing specific analytical data to measure performance against set KPIs identify underperformance to ensure remedial measures are applied via departments heads provide analytical support to the Fleet and Logistics, Office Operations and Motor Assist teams work closely with the Technology team to create new or improve existing reports observe and complying with GDPR achieve objectives and targets set carry out reasonable tasks as requested by your Line Manager.

What you'll bring



previous experience in a similar role proficient in Power BI and report creation ability to analyse and review current processes, identifying areas for improvement and taking appropriate action demonstrable experience of successfully identifying variance of performance against targets excellent communication skills, both verbal and written able to see the bigger picture and understand the impact a course of action can have both in the short- and long-term respond to and resolve issues quickly and logically an adaptable, tenacious and energised self-starter who is results orientated highly motivated and passionate a team player who leads by example ability to work unsupervised using own initiative demonstrate behaviour in line with Company values; Always Respectful, Inspired to Innovate, Delivering Delight and Fully Accountable.
