The role


------------

Our Senior operations analysts are responsible for managing a team of direct reports, while overseeing critical processes and controls to ensure efficient delivery of transfer operations.


You will use your knowledge to ensure consistent and quality delivery of the operational customer journey, working closely with Customer and Product teams to ensure a seamless experience for our partner firms. You will proactively analyse and identify opportunities for improvement, automation and streamline our operations processes.

Leading, coaching and supporting your team through regular 1:1s and development conversations Overseeing transfer workflows to ensure service levels are met and continuously improved Acting as the subject matter expert and point of escalation for complex queries Identifying risks, resolving blockers, and making sure controls and processes are up to date Preparing and sharing accurate MI to give visibility of team activity and performance Collaborating with colleagues across Operations and the wider business to deliver effective outcomes Supporting training and knowledge sharing to build capability across the team Driving continuous improvement in how we work and serve our clients

You have strong analytical skills and enjoy solving complex problems under pressure You know platform transfers (cash and in specie) inside out, with solid industry knowledge You're an experienced people leader who enjoys coaching, developing and supporting a team You bring expertise in operational processing, risk management and change management You're confident improving processes, managing workflows and using MI to drive decisions You're comfortable with systems like Core and Pfolio, and are working towards (or hold) the CISI Investment Operations Certificate, or equivalent

A salary between

40,000 and 45,000

- dependant on experience + reviewed annually

Interview process




Interviewing is a two-way thing, and we want you to have the time and opportunity to get to know us, as much as we are getting to know you. Our interviews are conversational, so come with questions and be curious. In general, you can expect the interview process to look a bit like this, (following an initial chat with one of our Talent team):

First stage - 45 mins competencies-based interview with the hiring manager and a Senior operations analyst Second stage - 45 mins technical interview or assessment with the hiring manager and Head of operations & servicing
