We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will handle all customer calls & emails in an effective and efficient manner, dealing with all types of enquiries, in line with company policy and procedures, meeting customer and business requirements. The role also encompasses operational support .
Responsibilities
Analyse customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot and triage customer support issues; providing concise details to internal teams and to the customer
Analyse each issue for root cause and escalating to subject matter experts with recommendations.
Answer customer calls and emails meeting customer needs by providing and collating information
Handle customer complaints in accordance with company policy and procedures. The aim is to resolve the complaint to the satisfaction of the customer, by quickly resolving complaints and keeping customers informed of progress
Providing support to the operations which may include shipping and technical issues
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed satisfactorily.
What are we looking for:
The role requires the individual to have experience within a call centre/customer Service environment as well as operational experience i.e logistics , manufacturing environment.
Do you have the experience to deliver consistently high standards of quality in a customer service focused high pressurised delivery environment.
Have you developed good relationships both internally within the organisation and external customers and suppliers?
Having strong communication skills ( written and verbal) plus excellent computer skills including Microsoft office and internal WMS are a must.
