We are looking for a motivated and sales-driven individual to join our small, friendly team. This part-time role is essential in supporting various business areas, focusing on customer follow-ups and promoting our services. There is no cold calling involved, but a proactive approach to sales is crucial. You will have realistic and achievable sales KPIs, with a bonus structure.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by responding to inbound enquiries and following up on leads via phone and email.
Actively promote our services and seek opportunities to convert leads into sales.
Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, document management, scheduling appointments, and email-based lead generation.
Support the sales and marketing team in executing campaigns and strategies.
Prepare and distribute sales and marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and reports.
Collaborate with team members to generate new ideas and initiatives across various business areas.
Provide general support to the sales and marketing team as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
Good sales skills with a proactive and driven approach.
Confident telephone manner.
Friendly and professional customer services skills.
Previous experience in a sales role is preferred but not required.
Basic administrative and computer skills, including in Microsoft Office.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Working Hours:
This part-time role requires 16 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 10 am to 2 pm, with some flexibility on start and finish times. Early finishes on Fridays and no weekend work are included.
