driven and highly organised Operations Coordinator

, perfect for someone who thrives in a high-performance, detail-driven environment. You'll work closely with our
Operations Manager
, supporting key initiatives across store management, facilities, procurement, logistics, and admin -- playing a vital role in maintaining the high standards and smooth running of every atelier.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily operations across our 15 luxury ateliers, ensuring a consistent, polished client experience at every location.
Manage and process
customer orders, liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure delivery excellence.
Take the lead on procurement, ensuring all sites are stocked with premium grooming products and essentials in a cost-effective, timely manner.
Oversee and coordinate facilities maintenance, liaising with contractors and store teams to keep every location in pristine condition.
Own the administrative engine of operations:
scheduling, logistics, data entry, reporting, and document management.
Support the Operations Manager with daily task execution and longer-term strategic projects.
Help create and deliver tailored corporate grooming packages, positioning ADAM as the go-to brand for premium corporate wellness experiences.
Who You Are:
You have
experience in operations, facilities or retail management
, ideally within a hospitality, lifestyle or luxury retail brand.
You're
organised, proactive
, and thrive under pressure -- you get things done before being asked.
You're a strong communicator, both in person and over email -- with high attention to detail.
You love systems, structure, and helping teams succeed behind the scenes.
You're curious, driven, and want to grow with a company that's scaling fast.
Bonus: You've worked with multi-site teams or have experience in grooming, retail, or F&B environments.
