Job Description

As Operations & Logistics Coordinator, you'll keep our operations running smoothly by managing stock, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure products reach customers on time. You'll own key processes, optimise systems, and collaborate across teams to drive efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement in a fast-growing business.

Key Responsibilities





Analyse forecasts and sales to manage stock levels for consumables, raw materials and finished goods, placing purchase orders and liaising with suppliers to maintain targeted stock availability. Coordinate with logistics providers and external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery across UK and international markets Analyse supply chain and fulfillment data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times Act as ERP/WMS super user, maintaining accurate records for POs, stock reconciliations, and fulfilment processes. Own the cycle count process, month-end stock reporting, and inventory reconciliations across all locations and sales channels. Support fulfilment administration, including management of 3PL portals, Amazon Seller Central, and associated reporting. Collaborate effectively with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Brand, Customer Service, Retail and Warehouse) to ensure seamless operations Assist with supplier assurance, compliance, quality records, and continuous improvement projects.



Candidate Profile





We are looking for an organised and proactive individual with experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting or inventory management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and act on data. Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or fulfillment systems (such as Mintsoft, Cin7 or Amazon Seller Central) is desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Excel and Google sheets for data analysis and reporting A structured, process-driven approach with the ability to identify and implement improvements. A collaborative mindset, able to work effectively across teams while taking ownership of key responsibilities. * Willingness to work out of hours on when required
