Your role and responsibilities





You will lead and inspire our Adult Social Care teams across Suffolk, working closely with the Head of Operations. Your leadership will help shape the future of social care in our county.



On a typical day, you might:


Provide innovative and assertive leadership to deliver our Social Care strategy for independence. Support the delivery of our Mental Health, Learning Disability and Autism (MHLDA) transformation programme, Independent Lives. Drive high-quality social work practice using the Signs of Safety model. Develop integrated working with community health and other partners. Manage a service of around 75 social care staff and oversee a budget of over 100m. Be a key part of the LD and A and MH Adult Social Care management team. Deliver value for money and impactful outcomes.
