Administration Powers Operational Success!

As an Operations Assistant within EKC Training you will support the Operations Manager in providing an effective, efficient and comprehensive student facing service. This will also include supporting with answering telephone calls, emails and queries into the team from other team members, lecturers and employers. As well as using relevant software to maintain accurate records.

Working Pattern:

Monday to Thursday 08.30 to 13.30
Annual Salary:

10,030
Term time only working

39 weeks per year.
Holiday payment of

1,353 in addition to the salary.

You will be the face of our organisation, meeting and greeting our students and other visitors as well as other operational tasks such as enrolments, exams and invigilation support.





We are seeking a highly organised and efficient member to our team at our Adult Learning Site in Confidence Building, Dover. The successful candidate will have recent experience of working in an administrative or funding related capacity for a Further Education establishment or a private training provider.





The ideal candidate will have experience of administering complex provision such as apprenticeships and will be able to evidence working effectively with competing priorities to achieve tight deadlines.
