THE ROLE:



To provide effective support for the Global Partnerships Operations team. You will primarily support the Business Development Manager in the planning, development, and day to day operational processes within the existing Global Partnerships division (Wholesale, Franchise and Marketplace) as well as supporting with the implementation of the critical path for new business partnerships. You will also act as additional support to the Junior Operations Manager with weekly administrative tasks.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:



Wholesale

Support the Business Development Manager with identifying new wholesale partners, creating business case proposals and launch critical paths. Support with new partner onboarding in line with key dates on the critical path - setting up NDAs, arranging new partner meetings for both key internal stakeholders and external partners and actioning system setups. Support with the management of our wholesale off-price accounts - create clearance stock offers to send to partners, negotiate prices ensuring margins are considered for sign off by the Business Development Manager, build strong relationships and work alongside the buying and merchandising team to ensure deadlines are met. Managing partner images sharing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in line with planned call offs whilst maintaining strong working relationships with merch, account managers, the studio and partner. Managing the MID process for US orders Support with the updating of the Wholesale Operations Manual as and when required.

Franchise

Support the Business Development Manager with identifying new franchise partners, creating business case proposals and launch critical paths. Critical path management for any new store openings and any ad hoc projects. Management of the Non-Stock order process from order stage through to payment. Organising business review meetings and support the Business Development Manager with producing meeting packs. Support with the updating of the Franchise Operations Manual as and when required Issue, and review with the Sustainability team, the Sustainability Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) to new franchise partners.

Marketplace

Support the Business Development Manager with identifying new marketplace partners, creating business case proposals and launch critical paths. Support with the development of the marketplace onboarding process and manage end to end in line with key dates for launches. Support with the creation and maintenance of the Marketplace Operations Manual. Support the marketplace buying and merchandising team with the relationship with Channel Advisor and assist in resolving any issues that arise. Manage any off-price stock offers, price negotiation and collection from the European warehouse. Support, where required, with the set up and management of new processes relating to the European pick and pack facility.

Compliance, Testing and Labelling

Build a strong relationship with the International Standards Manager to provide strong support for the Global Partnerships Operations team and keep them up to date with future plans with new and existing international markets. Support Global Partnerships team with any compliance, testing and labelling requirements or changes Understanding market and cultural requirements and support with maintaining the International Product Compliance Matrix

ABOUT YOU:



Commercial awareness Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Logical/ problem solving skills Process driven Numeracy and accuracy Strong communication skills at all levels Strong relationship building skills Organisation and project management skills Time management Pro-active approach to workload, self-motivated Initiative to develop and put in place new or improved processes Resilient, able to learn from mistakes and improve skills/ knowledge Previous experience working in Retail / Administration / International Business role Project management experience desirable but not essential Franchise/ Wholesale/ Marketplace experience is desirable but not essential. Maths GCSE or equivalent Educated to A-Level or above Assist with Partner communication for any supply base updates as required RTS management Manage the stock recall process for Wholesale, Franchise and Marketplace partners Support the Business Development Manager with conducting any due diligence required for new markets.

General Duties

Provide support to the Junior Operations Manager with weekly administrative tasks relating to partner debt management. Reporting - supporting the Business Development Manager with producing any ad hoc reports as and when required. Administration of legal documents - scanning, mailing, and cascading to key stakeholders internally and externally Document and update process documents as required Support with monthly financial reporting Raising any required POs and ensuring any cross charging has been actioned by our accounts department Request company checks from procurement as and when required Maintain folders and archives Assist with Partner inductions and Visa requirement
