Within this challenging role, you will:

Plan cargo for loading including hazardous and refrigerated cargo Deal with paperwork in accordance with IOSH Give verbal instructions to drivers and stevedores Deal with various issues whilst under pressure, maintaining professionalism Establish and maintain working relationships with all employees, thirds party service providers/ contractors and customers Adhere to and ensure full compliance of all Health & Safety procedures Inspect loads Check in/out cargo using computerised booking system

About you:

Must demonstrate a responsible and flexible attitude Ability to effectively communicate with people on all levels Good customer service skills are a must Confidence in dealing with customers face to face and over the telephone
