The Role:

What You'll Do:



Administrative & Office Support



Provide general administrative assistance to the team. Raise Purchase Request Forms (PRFs) and support purchasing of tools, office equipment, PPE and supplies. Answer calls, take messages and direct enquiries appropriately. Manage delivery notes for incoming goods, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate receipt and documentation. Greet visitors, manage sign-in/sign-out records and access cards. Coordinate meeting rooms, tours and stakeholder visits, ensuring areas are prepared and presentable.

Inventory, Assets & Errands



Maintain the asset registry and conduct routine stock checks. Monitor inventory levels for consumables and PPE, raising replenishment requests as needed. Assist with visitor tours by preparing rooms, refreshments and providing support. Carry out errands including collecting orders, visiting suppliers and delivering materials between sites (mileage reimbursed).

Facilities, Safety & Site Support



Ensure the site remains tidy, clean and visitor-ready at all times. Follow all Health & Safety and site security requirements, reporting hazards or issues promptly. Support wider on-site teams with general duties when required. Proactively identify and suggest improvements to site processes, safety, tidiness and efficiency.

What You'll Bring:



A valid driver's license and your own transport. A proactive positive attitude and hands-on, willing to take on a range of tasks as needed. Willingness to go the extra mile to meet tight deadlines. You'll take pride in your work and the company you represent. Strong organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to carry out light-to-moderate physical tasks, including lifting, moving materials and navigating the site safely. Great communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with various teams across the business.
