The Role
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on
Operations Assistant
to become an integral part of our operations and fulfilment team. This is a physical, practical role suited to someone who enjoys working with stock, systems and processes, and who takes pride in accuracy and responsibility.
You will be based primarily at Eternal Lake, with
regular work at our fulfilment centre partner in Ramsgate (typically around one week per month, or as required)
. You will play a key role in ensuring stock is correctly managed, configured, checked and moved efficiently between sites.
Key Responsibilities
Managing incoming and outgoing stock, including lifting, moving and organising boxed systems and components
Configuring, checking and preparing Osmio systems prior to fulfilment
Maintaining accurate stock records and being responsible for parts control
Supporting order fulfilment, returns, repairs and refurbishment processes
Acting as a key operational link between Osmio and our fulfilment centre partner in Ramsgate
Identifying stock issues, shortages or errors and reporting them clearly
Ensuring a clean, organised and safe working environment
Supporting continuous improvement of operational processes
Requirements
Essential:
Full, clean UK driving licence
Ability to carry out regular physical work, including lifting and moving stock
Willingness and ability to travel to Ramsgate as required
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
Right to work in the UK
Desirable (but not essential):
Experience in warehouse, logistics, operations or fulfilment roles
Basic technical or mechanical aptitude
Experience with stock systems or inventory management
