Operations Assistant
to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do
As an Operations Assistant, you'll support the day-to-day running of our lifting and logistics operations. You'll work closely with the operations team, field staff, and clients to ensure everything is planned, documented, and delivered safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with scheduling lifting jobs and transport logistics
Communicate with clients and site teams
Maintain accurate records of jobs, equipment, and personnel
Support compliance with health & safety and industry regulations
Help manage equipment checks, maintenance, and inventory
Provide general admin support to the operations team
What We're Looking For
Experience in logistics, construction, or lifting operations (preferred)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
A team player with a keen eye for detail
Knowledge of LOLER/PUWER regulations is a bonus
