Client Relations/Meeting Structure and support teams to deliver outstanding client work. Build and maintain strong client relationships; good support-builder. Represent Caramel Rock Nonprofit in industry-group conferences, professional associations, and other public venues. Support thought leadership around specific topics/emerging practice areas. Share in knowledge dissemination, reporting, and communications.
Typical responsibilities of the job include: answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence. maintaining diaries and arranging appointments. typing, preparing and collating reports.
Main responsibilities of the Secretary
Ensuring meetings are effectively organised and minuted. Liaising with the Chair to plan meetings.
Maintaining effective records and administration.
Upholding legal requirements.
Communication and correspondence
Typical duties would include:
answering the phone and passing on messages
greeting visitors at reception and issuing name badges
typing letters, reports and other documents
dealing with incoming and outgoing post and emails
printing and photocopying
keeping clerical and computerised records of pupils and staff
producing statistical returns and reports
dealing with school meals administration
ordering equipment and stationery
paying invoices and banking cash
being responsible for first aid and the sick room
Qualification
NVQ/BTEC Business Admin or equivalent
