What you'll be doing

Project Management: Develop plans to execute clinical research projects and ensure timely delivery against milestones Monitor Progress and Risks: Track project performance against key milestones, flag potential delays or bottlenecks, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently Data Analysis: Utilise data analysis tools to uncover insights and develop data-driven strategies to improve overall project performance and outcomes Process Improvement: Contribute proactively to the continuous improvement of operational processes within the clinical research team, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure project clarity and transparency across stakeholder groups, aligning with the wider team on scope, goals, and execution needs

What we need from you

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field Experience: 2+ years in an operational or strategic analytical role (E.g., Consulting) Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and software for data visualisation and database management (e.g., Looker, Tableau) Familiarity with project management software such as Asana, Monday.com, or Notion Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to create cohesive operational workflows and define performance metrics Team Player: Effective in a cross-functional team environment, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and structuring complex problems High Agency: A bias for action with eagerness to take on diverse responsibilities, excited by a role that will evolve over time
Nice to have:

Experience in program or project management within a fast-growing start-up, scale-up, or top-tier consulting firm Proven ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders Background in digital health, commercial environments, or startups, with a track record of managing complex projects and competing priorities Familiarity with programming languages for managing relational databases, such as SQL Note: Clinical experience is not necessary - this is an operations role!*
