Overchain is a London, Canada and Lithuania based technology company building a next-generation crypto and fiat payments platform for global businesses. We provide B2B clients with secure wallet infrastructure, crypto payment flows, on/off-ramp capabilities, virtual accounts, compliance integrations, and a powerful API suite. We operate at the intersection of traditional payments, foreign exchange, and digital assets - supporting merchants, brokers and fintechs across the world.
As we scale, we are expanding our Operations team with a motivated professional who wants to grow rapidly and work across a broad remit.
Role Overview
We are looking for an Operations Associate with 1-3 years' experience in payments, financial operations, or fintech operations. Experience in crypto is beneficial but not essential - curiosity, competence, and a willingness to learn matter far more.
This is a hands-on, varied role supporting all core operational functions: payment and wallet operations, reconciliation, merchant onboarding flows, compliance workflows, transaction monitoring processes, reporting, and internal tooling. You will also liaise with external partners (banks, VASPs, providers), help maintain operational documentation, and assist with platform testing before launch.
This role would suit someone who has worked at an EMI, PSP, brokerage, payments company or fintech and is comfortable handling operational detail while improving processes.
