The Operations Client Support department sits within the operations function, providing direct support to clients, front office and control & support areas within the organisation on a global basis.
We are seeking either a detail-oriented and risk-aware Physical Deliveries Associate to manage the lifecycle of physically settled Futures and Options contracts across multiple asset classes and clearing venues who will have a strong understanding of delivery risk, clearing mechanics, and exchange protocols -- with a particular focus on commodities and fixed income products.
Or we're seeking a proactive and data-savvy Client Reporting Associate to join our Clearing Operations team. This is a strategic role focused on delivering customised, high-volume reporting solutions for institutional and retail clients -- including algorithmic trading firms -- who rely on precision and speed in their post-trade data who'll work closely with clients and internal teams to build bespoke reports that enhance transparency, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. Experience with ION Web (ARC/DTS) and SQL is highly desirable, along with a solid understanding of futures and options markets.

Physical Deliveries - Responsibilities:
Oversee physical delivery processes for commodities and fixed income instruments across major CCPs (e.g., ICE, CME, Eurex, Euronext)
Monitor and manage First Notice Days (FND), Last Trading Days (LTD), and Option Expiry schedules to ensure timely client communication and risk mitigation
Liaise with clearing brokers, exchanges, and internal teams to coordinate delivery instructions and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure compliance with exchange and regulatory requirements
Support margin and collateral teams with delivery-related impacts on margin calls and asset movements
Provide daily oversight of delivery risk exposure and escalate potential mismatches or breaches
Collaborate with technology and product teams to enhance delivery workflows and reporting tools
Reporting - Responsibilities:
Design and deliver customised reports for new and existing clients across clearing and post-trade workflows
Collaborate with sales/clients to understand their data needs, trading strategies, and reporting preferences
Translate complex clearing data into actionable insights, ensuring accuracy and relevance
Work with internal stakeholders (Operations, Technology, Sales) to support onboarding and reporting enhancements
Leverage ION Web (ARC/DTS) and SQL to extract, transform, and present data efficiently
Monitor and maintain reporting infrastructure, ensuring timely delivery and issue resolution
Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at expanding our bespoke reporting offering
Skills and Experience - Physical Deliveries:
Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
Good working knowledge of F&O Listed derivative exchanges. OTC a big plus.
Previous Treasury experience beneficial
Familiarity with margin call processing and methodology
Skills and Experience - Reporting:
3+ years in a reporting, operations, or client services role within financial markets
Strong working knowledge of futures and options and clearing workflows
Experience with ION Web (ARC/DTS) and SQL for data extraction and automation
Ability to understand and explain complex post-trade data to clients
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for solving client problems
