Operations
Kirintec have cemented a deserved position as a disruptive influence in the Electronic Countermeasures sector and are developing our Operational Delivery Team to keep pace with the demands of our growing customer base. The Operations Department is a small and agile team that focuses on the successful delivery of bespoke equipment and capability development for international defence and security customers. Professionalism, responsibility and ownership are critical tenants to the team ethos that seeks to deliver efficiency through the professional application of independent decision making.
Critically, all Project team members are expected to continue to develop the professional delivery of projects and project team; support the planning and development of future contract tenders as well as wider company development.

Main duties of the position
The main areas of responsibility in this dynamic role are: -
The highest standard of customer and supply chain liaison and management, in the commercial context.
Providing the highest standard of back-office commercial support to the Operations Team
Regulatory compliance.
Related financial tasks.
Providing the same service and standards to all Kirintec Limited subsidiary companies.
This is a hands-on role.
Reporting Line

Key Responsibilities
Negotiate, draft, agree and support Contracts and associated Agreements
Commercial focal point for all commercial day to day activity in the project area
Accountable for commercial interface with Procurement and flow-down of commercial requirements
Establish and monitor supply chain commercial contracts and communicate the identification of risk and obligations to the wider business
Manage commercial activities and provide guidance in support of Change Proposals ensuring compliance with Life Cycle Management
Focal Point for Programme issues including the provision of commercial support and guidance to the Programme in line with contractual obligations to maximise profit and minimise risk exposure
Support the Sales Commerical Officer on customer contracts and new bid activities
System development, in particular maintaining the Sales areas within Sage 50
Maintain and / or create company processes and policies relevant to the role
Any other reasonable duties required to support the company in meeting its objectives
Have due regard for PV Grading, F680 and Export Licence Controls
Working to Kirintec's ISO standards
Adhere to the national security framework in accordance with Security Requirements for List X Contractors

Employment Terms
Kirintec employ a standard 5 day working week. The main working location will be Kirintec offices in Ross on Wye. Any remote working from home will be authorised on a case by case basis with the Functional Area Line Manager. Remote working will be facilitated with IT
