Job Purpose







We are seeking a highly capable

Operations Coordinator

to lead and deliver the end-to-end operations plan across production, scheduling, logistics, and compliance. This pivotal role will deliver effective planning that will optimize throughput, uphold service and quality standards with cross-functional alignment, and operational excellence. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and is central to the site's operational success. You'll be empowered to make decisions and drive execution, with strategic support.




Core responsibilities




Operations Scheduling:

Own and manage the integrated operations plan across Production, SPA, and Instrument Room.


Delivery & Financial Enablement:

Oversee customer delivery inbox/calendar and goods receipt workflows to support financial compliance.


Shipment Coordination:

Align blend completion, load building, and shipment scheduling with Supply Chain and Production teams.


Procurement:

Raise purchase requisitions for operational consumables using SAP P2P processes.


EHS Compliance:

Administer Enablon system, manage incident tracking, MOC, and maintain audit-ready documentation.


Efficiency Projects:

Drive digitalisation and continuous improvement initiatives across operations.


Team Leadership:

Support performance, training, and development of logistics personnel.


Stakeholder Engagement:

Participate in cross-functional meetings and maintain strong internal and external relationships.




What we expect:




The environment is dynamic and multi-stakeholder, requiring agility, precision, and strong systems fluency You will have advanced

Microsoft Excel

skills (pivot tables, dashboards, complex formulas). Strong

SAP

expertise in scheduling, purchasing, goods receipt, and reporting. Familiarity with

Enablon

or similar EHS systems. Proficient in digital tools for KPI tracking and operational reporting. Excellent stakeholder engagement and coordination skills. Clear, professional communication style for stand-ups and cross-functional meetings. Have a background in
