Hybrid Role (working remote, from our office space in Cobham and across our sites in Surrey & South West London)

40 Hours a Week (flexible working hours between 7am-6pm)

We believe in creating extraordinary early experiences for children by pioneering outdoor learning in our forest nurseries. As our Operations Coordinator you will be joining a dynamic, fast paced Operations team with opportunities to grow.


In this role you will work across our key operational focus areas, delivering on our owlsome customer journey, family and team events, marketing, nursery operational support, admin and processes.

You are a confident communicator and love building relationships with team and families You thrive in a fast paced, productive operations environments and can juggle multiple priorities with ease You're passionate about our innovate Early Years education and outdoor learning approach and keen to make a positive impact both in the back end operations team and onsite You're naturally organised, have strong admin skills and are adaptable to different systems and processes You are confident using IT systems and social media platforms, and you are able to create engaging marketing visuals and social content You are happy and flexible to jump in and support daily operations where required across our sites
