Operations Coordinator
on a full time, permanent basis for our Ballater House care home, based in Coulsdon.
You will be coordinating a range of tasks and assisting with the smooth running of the Service. We are looking for a proactive individual with a positive attitude, who is able to work closely with the Registered Manager, supporting with operational and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Completing the staff Rota to ensure adequate cover at all times
Ensuring all payroll queries are effectively managed
Shortlisting applicants and arranging interviews
Facilitating new joiner inductions and induction training
Carrying out both operational and health + safety audits
Ensure staff and service users records are up to date and correctly maintained.
Support the service manager with handling complaints and investigations
Manage and audit: keys, swipe cards and personal alarms
Further ad hoc duties
The ideal applicant?
A good understanding of MS office
Able to communicate with stakeholders of all levels
Excellent telephone manner
Accuracy and attention to detail
