We are a corporate property maintenance company and have a large portfolio of clients who use our services, ranging from small reactive works through to major refurbishments. We are seeking a special individual to join our operations team who needs to fulfil the following:
Energetic, versatile, flexible, reasonably fast learner, very methodical, very computer literate, able to work under pressure, able to work alone when required, a good listener, good time management.
The work is varied and interesting, but demanding. We are a small but friendly team and full training will be given to help the candidate gain the necessary knowledge with patience and humour. The starting hours are 25 - 30 per week but we are looking to increase this in time, although this would always be to suit the candidate. We would particularly appreciate flexibility with extra hours during staff holidays.
Answering telephone and making calls out to Clients and contractors
Logging jobs on bespoke maintenance system and issuing to contractors
Obtaining updates from contractors and updating clients
Keeping accurate records
Raising invoices to Clients based on contractor invoices and forwarding on to Clients once received from Accounts Dept
Assisting with additional administration as required
