Point of contact for incoming enquiries (via email and phone), ensuring all enquiries are dealt with promptly.
? Logging and tracking of customer service requests on Company's service software.
? Preparation and delivery of the completion documentation and service reports.
? Day-to-day management of service jobs ensuring that current status is properly updated based on direct communication with Customers and Engineers.
? Manage the scheduling of the service and installation work on the Company's service software.
? Updating the relevant Site and Customer's details and note on the Company's service software, ensuring that the contact, warranty, contract information is up to date.
? Supporting/working within the Engineering and Management teams to ensure compliance with current UK regulations and Governing Bodies, such as NSI, SafeContractor, ADSA and others.
? Working with Operations Manager to ensure relevant Risk Assessments, Method Statements and other site-related paperwork are completed according to the current H&S standards.
? To ensure that duties are undertaken with due regard and compliance with the Data Protection Act and other legislation.
? To carry out duties and responsibilities in accordance with Health and Safety Policy and relevant Health and Safety legislation.

Qualifications
A good standard of general education, ideally to A Level standard including written English and or equivalent NVQ Level. Training in communication, customer service and business development would be useful.
Experience and Knowledge
? Experience working in a very fast-growth organisation.
? Prior experience in a Coordinator's role.
? The successful candidate will be a good communicator, able to articulate well both written and oral, professional, courteous, and have excellent administration skills.
? Fire and Security Services Sector and product knowledge would be useful but not essential. Relevant product training will be provided.
? Candidates will have a good understanding of the 'coordinating process' and ideally worked previously worked in a similar role.
? Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office suite in particular 'Outlook', Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
