The Operations Coordinator will be key in supporting the Operational team in delivering the business operational infrastructure and excellence across PFEW Head Quarters and Branches, ensuring efficiency, alignment, and long-term sustainability. This role will support the Operations Manager and Operations Director in delivering transformational change plan and business operational strategies across PFEW.
Key Responsibilities
Support with the organisation, coordination, administration and delivery of operational strategic initiatives and projects over cross functional departments
Provide operational administrative support to the Operations Manager and Operations Director with business operational activities and transformation plan
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to support with a range of operational deliverables
Primary contact for operational issues, triage and track requests from Branches, and Internal and External stakeholders
Collate data for reporting, maintain project trackers and administration
Provide administrative support to workflows, policies and procedures and other systems such as The Hub Source new suppliers and manage supplier relationships, processing invoices and updating trackers
Work closely with HQ departments and Branches to collaborate on operational matters
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Previous experience of working in either a business operations or project related administrative or coordination role
Well organised and with strong administrative skills
Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads and work well under pressure and towards deadlines Possess excellent communication, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Be a team player and able to work independently
Intermediate knowledge of MS suite
