Salary Circa 30,000

Term time plus 3 weeks

Full time, 36 hrs 40 minutes per week - negotiable

Our teacher training and development business is thriving and we are looking to appoint an Operations Coordinator to our team to help us drive our business functions, recruiting and developing the next generation of teachers.

The role is part of an established team based in an accessible Oldham town centre location. No two days will be the same for the successful applicant. The variety of work, alongside the partnership engagement, will make a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills who wishes to make a difference to the quality of education for children and young people. We can provide training for specific systems and in relation to the organisation.

We are seeking an experienced self starter, who does not need a background in education. Their current or recent role may be in education, operations, data management , or events.

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience of delivering operational and or administration duties in a busy working environment.

Has experience of developing and maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Has the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders.

Is self-reliant, resourceful and has the ability to work on their own initiative.

Duties



To provide dynamic operations co-ordination and support across the functions of the teacher training and development business, maintaining communications and relations with stakeholders.

Support with the marketing and recruitment of new teachers to the profession. Support to enable the further development of teachers and leaders. Coordinate events and manage venues. Provide business and admin support.

Qualifications



Minimum grade C in GCSE Mathematics and English Language or equivalent.

This position will be based at the central team's offices in Cranmer House at The Blue Coat School, but will sometimes require travel to events.
