The Role



Join our fast-paced Operations Team as an Operations Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in keeping everything running smoothly. From streamlining administrative processes to ensuring seamless communication and documentation, your organisational skills will help drive efficiency and keep our operations running smoothly.


Principle Accountabilities




Schedule and coordinate personnel assigned to projects Liaise with external specialist to manage visa requirements Process timesheets for both workshop and offshore staff Provide on-call support for offshore operations Maintain and update offshore personnel documentation Ensure compliance with company policies, client standards and regulations Collaborating across departments to align logistics with project needs Provide general administrative support to the workshop as required Organise re-certification of calibrated equipment and hire assets Ensure all service and maintenance records for hire equipment are up to date Prepare documentation packs for equipment mobilisation Support facilities, grounds and office services across JFO UK sites Keep systems and data bases accurate and up to date

Qualifications and Experience




Proven administrative and organisational skills, ideally gained from an equipment hire/oil services environment Confident multitasker with a professional approach and strong attention to detail Excellent communicator with interpersonal skills High attention to detail with problem solving mindset Awareness of HSEQ practices in operational settings MS Office knowledge (Desirable)
