We're Party Peeps -- a leading kids' party and family event company delivering unforgettable experiences across the South West. From epic foam parties to immersive festival raves, we make magic happen for families, schools, and communities. Now entering our next phase of growth, we need a hands-on, highly capable Operations Co-Ordinator to keep our engine running smoothly as we scale.

The Role



This is not your average admin role. You'll be the operational heartbeat of the business -- implementing smart systems, juggling logistics, wrangling staff, and making sure every event happens without a hitch.

You'll be the Director's right-hand, building structure where there's chaos, and bringing a calm, 'we've got this' energy to the team. You'll have freedom to make the role your own, implement new ways of working, and be a key part of our leadership team as we grow.

Key Responsibilities



Own day-to-day business operations (staff scheduling, recruitment coordination, stock management, office systems) Build and improve operational processes, checklists, and SOPs Manage logistics for events and equipment -- making sure the right kit and the right people are in the right place at the right time Oversee compliance (DBS checks, risk assessments, insurance) Support the Director with business projects, supplier relationships, and systems Be the behind-the-scenes hero ensuring our event team can shine

A natural organiser with a knack for spinning plates and keeping calm under pressure A fixer and problem-solver -- you don't wait to be told, you spot gaps and get stuck in Comfortable working in a creative, sometimes messy, always exciting environment Experienced in operations, logistics, production, or studio management (events, hospitality, creative agencies, theatre, or similar) Systems-savvy (you love a good spreadsheet, checklist, or workflow tool)
