Warmer Energy Solutions is a leading renewable energy company, providing sustainable solutions like heat pumps, solar PV, and insulation across the UK and Ireland. As part of our mission to support the UK's transition to Net Zero, we're expanding our operations team and looking for a detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join us.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Co-ordinator to support the delivery of our renewable energy projects. This role is key to ensuring installations are delivered smoothly, on time, within budget, and in line with client expectations and regulatory requirements. You'll work closely with Senior Managers, installation teams, suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders to keep everything running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Co-ordinate day-to-day activities across multiple renewable energy projects (solar PV, heating systems, insulation). Assist with project scheduling, including booking surveys, installation dates, and subcontractors. Liaise with customers to confirm appointments, manage expectations, and provide updates throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and manage documentation, such as risk assessments, method statements, compliance certificates, and handover packs. Track project progress against timelines and budgets, escalating any issues to the project manager. Ensure all necessary materials, equipment, and labour are scheduled and available as required. Support with the management of grant schemes and funding paperwork (e.g. ECO, Boiler Upgrade Scheme, SEG applications). Maintain accurate records in project management systems and CRM software. Provide administrative support to the project team, including report generation and internal communication. Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance across all project activities.
Skills & Experience

Essential:

Proven experience in a project co-ordination, administration, or operations support role. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. Confidence liaising with customers, contractors, and internal teams. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:

Experience in the renewable energy or construction sector. Familiarity with solar PV, insulation, or heating technologies. Understanding of compliance and quality assurance processes. Experience with CRM/project management tools (e.g. SimPRO, Monday).

Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year
