We have an exciting opportunity for a Operations Coordinator at The Bridge (Wellington College\xe2\x80\x99s centre for teaching, learning and research). About the role: You will join on a full time, Term time plus basis (37.5 hours per week, 42 weeks per year). This exciting post will involve significant responsibility in helping to deliver the output for The Bridge. The Operations Coordinator will report to and work together with the Director of The Bridge. They will also work in collaboration with other members of the Bridge team, and with other staff both within Wellington College and in other settings. The post will evolve as The Bridge grows, and both duties and additional future recruitment will therefore be flexibly altered over time, according to the strengths of the successful candidate. Key responsibilities, Including but not limited to; (see job description for full requirements): This role has several responsibilities relating to the operations and output of The Bridge, most of which will require a mix of close working with The Director of The Bridge, and with others. These will include, but are not limited to:

  • Bridge website
  • Communications
  • EA support to the Director of The Bridge
  • Project management
  • Events
The successful incumbent must have:
  • Experience of working in a rapidly developing organisation
  • Experience of working to deadlines
  • Expertise in communicating both clearly and appropriately
  • Awareness of Safeguarding requirements and good practice
  • High level of IT literacy
