  • Role: Operations & Customer Care Coordinator
  • Location: On-site, West Thurrock
  • Full-Time, Permanent
Working within the Trade inspection services team, the Operations Coordinator will provide a range of administrative and operational support activities to assist in the smooth operation of the Agriculture and Minerals Trade and Logistics Department.

You\'ll also have responsibility for handling client enquiries and welcoming visitors to the site in an efficient manner, ensuring that site safety requirements are highlighted and maintaining the company\xe2\x80\x99s high quality service.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we would expect you to bring experience in general administration and customer service (ideally within a shipping or logistics environment) and be fully literate in the use of MS Office packages ideally including experience of using databases.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to plan and prioritise workload with effective interpersonal, teamwork, organisational and communication skills.

In addition to the above we are also looking for candidates who have;
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to change \xe2\x80\x93 committed to continuous personal and professional development
  • A flexible approach to working to meet trade and client demands
  • GCSE / Standard Grade in Maths & English grades A-C or equivalent
Desirable Attributes
  • Experience in working in the Agriculture and or Minerals sector / inspection industry
  • Formal qualification in administration e.g. NVQ Level 3
  • Full Driving Licence valid for use in the UK
  • On line CPD GAFTA learning trade course
