We're looking for a highly organized and proactive team member to support our day-to-day operations across stock management, customer service, scheduling, and communications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, loves keeping things running smoothly, and enjoys being the central point of contact for both customers and the team.
Key Responsibilities
Stock Management
Perform regular stock checks, including counting and updating stock sheets.
Manage ordering and pricing of stock items.
Organize and maintain shelving and storage areas.
Handle returns, exchanges, and unpacking of deliveries.
Oversee customer option orders, including regulations and communication.
Cross-check build sheets with stock to ensure accuracy.
Manage non-stock item listings and related communications.
Customer Service & Communication
Be a first point of contact by answering calls and handling enquiries.
Manage inboxes including:
admin@- general enquiries and supplier communications
accounts@- trade-related queries
miki@- customer and supplier conversations
Provide build updates to customers and coordinate appointments.
Send out customer review requests and follow-ups.
Handle general enquiries with a warm, professional approach.
Social Media Support
Schedule posts and stories across platforms.
Monitor and reply to comments and private messages to engage with our audience.
Scheduling & Coordination
Organize and coordinate schedules for:
Builds and repairs
Retro upgrades and valets
Team holidays and customer visits
Events and showroom activities
Supplier Liaison
Maintain positive relationships with suppliers, including in-person visits.
Monitor and manage utility usage and waste disposal.
Drive vehicles to 3rd party affiliates
Monitoring & Reporting
Track and report on key metrics such as:
Build times
Vans sold
Resale activity

Tech-savvy and confident using systems, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools.
Someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit, collaborative team.
A full clean driving licence holder, confident in driving VW Transporters from our work place to our affiliates
