We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations and Data Analysis Manager to join our team. Working closely with the Operations Director, you will provide day-to-day leadership and support to the Commercial Operations team, with a strong focus on data management, reporting, and driving operational efficiency.

What does being an Operations & Data Analysis Manager at Concordia look like?
The Operations Manager will work to review and enhance Concordia's Seasonal Workers Programme (SWP). They will ensure effective management and administration of all SWP processes and represent Concordia at international events and network meetings.
This role requires an individual with highly effective organisational and administrative skills, as well as an aptitude to see and act on new opportunities for development. We are looking for a creative individual with high standards and, the ability to manage multiple tasks and who can communicate with passion and enthusiasm.
In this role you'll:
Support the Operations Director in implementing and delivering the Concordia commercial strategy, ensuring all agreed objectives and programme targets are met.
Work closely with the fellow Operations Manager, providing mutual support and cover when required, to ensure effective day-to-day leadership of a 12-member operations team (six per manager) while fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
Monitor operational performance closely through dashboards, ensuring KPIs are achieved and consistently reviewed.
Develop and maintain trusted relationships with Growers and Concordia recruiters to ensure long-term partnerships.
Handle enquiries and resolve complaints from workers promptly and courteously, ensuring positive outcomes where possible.
Manage the overseas recruitment process
Ensure Seasonal Worker Scheme rules are adhered too.
Coordinate and deliver the annual Concordia Recruiter Conference, providing operational and presentation support to the Operations Director.
Support the Operations Director with preparation and participation in external audits
Ensure Seasonal Worker Scheme rules are adhered to
Drive improvements in reporting and data visibility by enhancing the use of the bespoke database system.
Produce regular and ad hoc reports to track commercial performance against targets, drawing insights from CRM systems and multiple data sources.
Lead overseas Agent Audits as required - international travel involved.
Analyse Seasonal Worker survey results and generate clear reports highlighting key trends in satisfaction and operational challenges.
Where necessary identify ways to improve worker welfare.
Management of the transfer process
Support the Operations Director and wider team in making commercially sound and informed decisions.
Demonstrate a personable, approachable management style, with proven experience leading, motivating, and developing teams

We're looking for a candidate with proven experience in a fast-paced, target-driven operations environment. You'll bring strong multitasking and communication skills, a track record of driving performance improvements, and advanced Excel capabilities including reporting with macros and database connections.
A full driving license and use of a suitable vehicle would be advantageous but not essential.
