Are you a strategic and innovative leader? Are you passionate about delivering a world class service? We have an opportunity to join our Senior leadership team as an Operations Director, responsible for the delivery of all operational services across Ellea Nursing and Pulse Nursing at Home.


This role ensures that contractual obligations are met with minimal gross margin loss, drives account retention, and supports strategic growth initiatives. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering our World Class Care Services Model, enhancing service quality, and enriching the lives of our service users in their homes and communities.



Part of Acacium Group, Pulse Nursing at Home provides flexible, bespoke care for people living in their own homes and communities across England and Scotland. Ellea Nursing provides bespoke premium private care nationwide.

Everyday you will...





Ensure services are delivered in line with contractual requirements, quality standards, and financial targets Drive performance, productivity, and engagement across teams, encouraging adoption of new ways of working and technological initiatives Ensure the profitability and growth of existing accounts, maintaining current business levels and identifying opportunities for expansion Collaborate with the Growth Director to support the onboarding and mobilisation of new business opportunities, sales, and margin growth Work closely with the Managing Director to ensure profitability meets or exceeds budget forecasts Lead, inspire, and develop operational teams to deliver high performance and a culture of excellence, fostering an open, positive, and inclusive working environment Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and user experience

Have proven experience in senior operational leadership Have strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing budgets and improving profitability Have a demonstrated ability to lead large, dispersed teams and drive performance Be a strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into operational delivery Have experience working within the complex care sector
