Role purpose



Accountable for leading co-creation and delivery of our strategy and differentiated product across our Retail and Front of House portfolio.

The role includes leading, inspiring and caring for operational teams, managing exceptional client relationships and working collaboratively as part of the Strategic Leadership Team.

Accountable in collaboration with our Operations Director - Aviation and Rail & COO for delivering an optimum operating model across People Solutions.

Key responsibilities



Lead and inspire our operational teams working across our retail and front of house portfolio to build a highly capable and engaged team with a great reputation. Co-create and deliver our retail and front of house strategy to deliver great experiences for all our people and outcomes that delight our clients and their customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and internal and external partners. Support the client in scoping their requirements, success measures, solutions and identifying risks and mitigations. Develop high quality, impactful and sustainable solutions and products in line with the client requirements and proposal. Manage the delivery of contracts to ensure they are within budget and meet client expectations. Use data and actively understand the marketplace, current industry trends and emerging strategies. Identify new business opportunities with existing and new clients. Develop and write technical and commercial proposals in response to client requirements and mobilise new contracts. Lead and/or partner on delivery of internal strategic projects and initiatives and provide expertise on relevant consultancy projects. Build strong relationships with our Ethos Farm Americas team to share best practise and drive consistency and efficiency where applicable. Work collaboratively as part of the Strategic Leadership Team providing support and challenge to peers to achieve the best outcomes for our people, clients and business. Deliver all business practices safely, ethically, sustainably and in compliance with legislation. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve outcomes and enhance efficiency. Required knowledge, skills and experience


Essential:



Right to Work in UK. Experience of operating at Head of, or Director level in a similar sized business. Experience of successfully leading large front line operational teams across multiple locations. Experience across the disciplines of safety, compliance, budget management and operations, ideally within retail, estate management, residential or similar industries. A strategic mindset with proven experience of developing and delivering differentiated products and services. Significant experience of stakeholder management, often in complex and matrix situations. Strong project planning capability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality. Highly resilient with the innate ability to navigate ambiguity. Proven capability to deliver high quality outputs. Ability to lead and inspire others and provide meaning. Demonstrated values and ways of working aligned to our Company Values and Purpose.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 85,000.00-92,000.00 per year
