Operations Executive (Part-Time)

to support the Deputy Manager with the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities



Operational Support



Support the Deputy Manager with day-to-day running of domiciliary care, nursing agency, and cleaning services. Monitor staff deployment, client visits, and service quality. Handle scheduling, ensuring rotas are accurate and shifts are fully covered. Assist with responding to short-notice staffing needs.

Staffing & Scheduling



Manage rotas for carers, nurses, and cleaning staff. Match staff availability with client requirements. Communicate with staff regarding shift allocation and changes.

Quality & Compliance



Assist the Manager in maintaining

CQC compliance

across care services. Support audits, spot checks, and quality monitoring. Promote health and safety best practices.

Client & Staff Engagement



Act as a first contact point for staff and clients during working hours. Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new staff. Help maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and staff.

Administration & Reporting



Maintain accurate staff and client records. Assist in preparing operational reports. Support invoicing, payroll, and rota-related admin tasks.

Requirements



Must

live locally in or near Bognor Regis/Chichester

. Must hold a

full UK driving licence

and have access to a car. Previous

experience in health and social care

(domiciliary care, nursing agency, or similar). Strong

rota and scheduling experience

. Excellent organisational and communication skills. IT literate, ideally with care planning or scheduling software experience.

Desirable



NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or higher). Supervisory or team lead experience. Understanding of CQC standards.
