Part Sync is a cutting-edge automotive tech startup transforming the way trade buyers connect with car part suppliers. Our marketplace makes it quicker, easier, and more reliable for garages, bodyshops, used car dealers and fleet operators to purchase the right car parts from trusted suppliers.
We're a fast-growing, close-knit team with big ambitions. With strong demand from the motor trade and a growing waitlist of buyers, we're looking for a tech-savvy, versatile person to join the team and support across all areas of the business.
What We're Looking For:

This is the ideal role for someone who's hands-on with digital tools, has a good grasp of small business marketing, and enjoys improving processes and getting stuck in where needed. If you've ever worked in a startup or small business and worn multiple hats - this is your moment.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
You'll be embedded into all corners of the business, helping with:
Managing the content of our marketing page
Setting up and managing email campaigns and newsletters
Running basic Google Ads or paid social campaigns
Recording and editing video demos or supplier guides
Managing SAAS tools (e.g. CRM, support platforms, internal databases)
Assisting with supplier and buyer onboarding and training
Helping provision laptops, iPads and company tech
Solving day-to-day tech issues for the team
Improving internal processes and documentation
Coordinating marketing schedules and content
Creating social media posts or landing pages
Keeping things organised and running smoothly as we scale
Skills & Experience:
We're looking for someone with a strong generalist profile and the confidence to learn on the fly. Ideal experience includes:
3+ years in a mixed role covering tech support, business ops, or marketing
Comfortable with digital tools, CRMs and basic automation
Strong tech literacy - Windows, Google Workspace, Intune, cloud tools
Solid organisational and communication skills
Creative flair - whether that's video, email layout, or content ideas
Bonus: experience in a startup, automotive, or software business
What You'll Get in Return:
? 30,000 - 40,000 salary depending on experience
? Monday to Friday - no weekends
? 32 days holiday (including bank holidays)
? Free and secure on-site parking
? Casual dress code
? Company pension
? Hands-on involvement in every area of the business
? Clear progression and development path
? Team socials, lunch outings, and early finish incentives
? A chance to help shape a fast-moving, ambitious tech startup
Location & Working Setup:
This is an in-person role based at our office in Burnley, Lancashire. You'll be part of the day-to-day engine room of the company, working closely with the founding team.
How to Apply:
Apply via Indeed with your CV and a short cover note that tells us:
