Operations Executive

to join the founding team and help bring our vision to life.

As a Operations Executive, you'll be a core part of our day-to-day operations - from helping create and prepare drinks, to ensuring smooth service, stock management, and bringing great energy to customer interactions (both in-person and online).

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Operations Executive

to support the daily operations of our alcoholic beverage manufacturing. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth production workflows, coordinating logistics, maintaining inventory levels, and supporting quality and compliance processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in the preparation, presentation, and packaging of drinks Support daily production planning and scheduling to meet output targets and deadlines. Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with health and safety standards. Coordinate with procurement, warehousing, and logistics teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and finished goods. Track and maintain inventory levels of ingredients, packaging materials, and finished products. Collaborate with quality control and compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements related to alcohol production and distribution. Assist in maintaining accurate production and operations records; generate operational reports and dashboards. Work closely with supply chain and distribution partners to streamline logistics and reduce downtime. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to production, waste reduction, and process optimization.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in food & beverage, FMCG, or alcohol production. Strong understanding of production workflows, inventory management, and supply chain coordination. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with manufacturing ERP systems is a plus. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations (e.g., excise duty, FDA, FSSAI, or local alcohol laws) is highly desirable. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated production environment.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience in a distillery, brewery, or beverage bottling plant. Familiarity with ISO, HACCP, or GMP standards. Working knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma practices.
