23,000 per annum + annual company bonus

: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

: Winnersh Triangle, Berkshire (RG41)

You will be working for REL Field Marketing to fulfil the role of Account Executive on our Tactical Team.

You will be responsible for:

Managing the day to day operations of the ASDA Accreditation Account ensuring we adhere to the agreed SLA's Troubleshooting operational issues, and working with the Operations Manager to provide solutions General system housekeeping tasks Responding to operational issues in the field via phone and email Completion of daily Sainsbury's Accreditation tasks Manage various email inboxes and deal with all requests in a timely manner Production of the monthly field newsletter Support the On Demand Team with internal reports Field brief and survey writing for approval of the project manager Collate briefs and project materials to distribute to field team via mailouts Keep the client up to date with photos from live activities using our internal activity management system System administration such as paperwork checks Contact the field team with issues or questions from the customers Completing an activity in store on a Quarterly basis

You will have

:

A "can do" attitude, team player and flexible approach Effective communication skills The ability to work to deadlines, prioritise workload and manage time effectively Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel Comfortable with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and social media such as Facebook
