We are looking for a proactive and organised

Operation Executive & HR Assistant

to support both the

day-to-day operations

of our tour business and the

Human Resources department

. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and wants to develop their career in operations and HR within the tourism industry.

Position Description:



The Operation Executive position primarily involves administrative tasks and customer service functions within the company, ideally in Spanish & Italian

Key Responsibilities include:



- Operation Executive (50%)



Manage bookings, reservations, and client records. Liaise with intermediaries, suppliers, and tourist or cultural attractions. Provide excellent customer service in person, by email, and over the phone. Support daily tour operations and help resolve any incidents. Prepare quotes and assist with general administrative tasks.

- HR Assistant (50%)



Assist with recruitment processes (job postings, shortlisting, interview coordination). Support onboarding and induction for new employees. Maintain and update HR databases and personnel files. Assist with payroll administration and absence tracking. Help coordinate training, wellbeing, and team-building activities. Act as a first point of contact for employee queries and HR-related requests.

Essential Requirements:



Right to work in the UK. Spoken and written proficiency in Spanish, Ability to handle customer enquiries in person, via email, and over the phone.

Desirable Characteristics:



Highly valued: Proficiency in Spanish & Italian Experience in reservation management, liaising with tourist or cultural attractions, and customer relations. Experience in customer service within stressful situations or handling complaints. Managing client quotes General knowledge of tourist attractions in Scotland.
