Operations Hub Supervisor

!


Are you a natural organiser who loves keeping things running smoothly? Take charge of our operational hub - from waste management to facilities - and make sure our technicians and operatives have everything they need to deliver excellence every day!


We own and manage c.8,000 homes in the east of England, working closely with other agencies and stakeholders within our communities. We build on the good foundations we have in place in being a customer-centric organisation, investing in our existing homes - including our zero-carbon journey - as well as building new homes.

Requirements



Outline of Key Responsibilities...

Overall management and responsibility for the operations hub including all facilities functions Contract management of our materials suppliers, waste contract and our uniform and PPE supplier Manage the performance of the operations hub and drive operational productivity, including: van stocks, plant hire, power tool issues, inspections and audits, PUWER register, ladder issues and registration and replacement Implement continuous improvement cultures across the hub Initiate and implement new systems, policy and processes not already in place Regular review of workload and capacities of the team actively looking to improve on operational KPIs and targets

We are looking for someone who has...

Site safety qualification Previous experience of dealing with customers in any sector To have a positive outlook and be passionate about customer service The ability to identify and bring attention to changes in types of customer requests and areas where our responses to customer requests could be improved Experience of using IT systems

An annual salary of 36,269.63

Annual Leave - 28 days per year, (plus bank holidays) increasing to 32 days when you reach your 3rd year with us.
